Data Deletion

If you want to delete data associated with your SellFina account, you can use one of the methods below.

1. Disconnect a Marketplace (only that connection's tokens are deleted)

If you want to disconnect Etsy or another marketplace/social media connection, go to the "Integrations" page in your dashboard and remove the relevant connection. This permanently deletes the access/refresh tokens for that marketplace from our systems; your account itself and your other data are unaffected.

2. Delete Your Account (all data is permanently deleted)

If you want to fully delete your account and all data tied to it, use the "Delete Account" page in your dashboard (`/panel/hesap-sil`). This action cannot be undone.

3. Request by Email

If you don't have access to your dashboard, or would like support, you can request data deletion at the email address below. Your request will be processed within a reasonable time after we verify your identity.

4. What Happens on Deletion

As a result of account deletion or an email request, the following data is permanently deleted:

  • All connected marketplace/social media access and refresh tokens (Etsy, eBay, Trendyol, Shopify, Amazon, social media accounts).
  • Storefront data, products, and imported product information.
  • Generated social media content, the scheduled publishing queue, and analytics history.
  • Account profile and email information.
