These Terms of Service govern your use of the SellFina platform (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
SellFina is a productivity and automation tool for e-commerce sellers (including Etsy sellers) that generates AI-powered social media content from their products, schedules that content, and automatically publishes it across multiple social media platforms. SellFina also provides a storefront, analytics, and marketplace integration tools.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Using the Service to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or marketplace account.
- Generating or publishing misleading, copyright-infringing, or illegal content through the Service.
- Violating the terms of use of any connected API (Etsy, eBay, Trendyol, Shopify, Amazon, social media APIs).
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the Service or circumvent its security measures.
3. Compliance with Etsy's API Terms of Use
When you connect your Etsy shop, you agree that your use of the Etsy API through SellFina must comply with Etsy's own API Terms of Use and Developer Policies. SellFina processes your Etsy data only on your behalf and within the scope of the permission you granted; if misuse of Etsy data is detected (spam, scraping, unauthorized resale) the relevant integration may be suspended.
4. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we determine that these terms have been violated, the Service has been misused, or the terms of use of a connected marketplace/platform API have been violated. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". SellFina does not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or any particular outcome of AI-generated content. It is the user's responsibility to review generated content before publishing. SellFina is not responsible for service disruptions caused by outages, API changes, or policy changes of connected third-party platforms (Etsy, social networks, etc.).
6. Independent Product Statement
SellFina is an independent product, not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. or any other connected marketplace. We have no affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship relationship with Etsy; SellFina is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. "Etsy" and its logo are trademarks of Etsy, Inc.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
